hobknob Posted May 30, 2015 Report Share Posted May 30, 2015 Transdimensional shifters are Plekton tech. If you found one you can use the ANZ order to get the description, otherwise ignore it. Neutronium and Nuetralite are seen on EXPL orders but have not been available otherwise. Inertial Dampening stations are found on neutral pop groups, usually broken in some fashion. Not sure if that helps you to decide to pursue them or not. I do have a question. Has anyone uncovered something called the Gravitonic Stabilizer?
