Hello,
A small question regarding the RP order...
Is it possible to RP through provinces owned by a TA? Ofcourse the order has to end in a city I own, and in the same country...

As long as you don’t violate any of the ‘three limitations to resettling population’ in section RP, in the NONORDER document, in the VICRULES folder; you can RP in occupied territory as long as you keep the POP nationality constant, and you control both cities during the same turn, for the order to go through.
