G'day Peter, my one-time friend and much-feared enemy.
It seems that cruel fate has once again decided that we must be enemies.
I had hoped to wage war against Italy from Tunisia, but I discovered that there were only 45 ABL in the entire country.
How pathetic!!!!!!!
So, the arena will be Turkey.
You are in Western Turkey and Iraq is in Eastern Turkey.
The struggle will therefore be in Central Turkey.
Peter, I have a problem and need your help.
Iraq's ground kills total needs a huge boost!!!!!!!!
Can Italy land 180 Armoured Divisions into Western Turkey?
I am prepared to help you to achieve this.
I will not do any AMI or MS in the sea zones in Western Turkey.
You can confidently use your Navy to bring ground forces into Turkey without fear of attack.
My SS KING TIGERS have just come into production and should be able to do the job on the ground.
If you can get 180 Divisions into Turkey, you will earn my undying gratitude.
I chose to use the Forum, rather than direct contact, because Game 73 has been very quiet in the Forum for too long and needs to be revived to remind everyone that it is still being actively played.
Best wishes
Des Feeney

Hi Des,
Good to hear from you again. Hmm - only 180 divisions... thats less than i accounted for that theatre - anyway, i'll try to keep the others back in good old Italy..:-)
The game was silent for too long - but i am not sure if i will be able to launch an attack - as i sat back for a while, too. But i gladly accept your offer not to attack my sea transports and will do my best to give your Kingtigers a last stand...

G'day Peter
Thanks for the response.
Hey, if you can field more than 180 armoured divisions in Turkey, then go for it.
Your navy will not be challenged by Iraq.
My intention had been to attack Italy from Tunisia, but the lack of ABLs has ruled this out.
Without air power, no effective attacks are feasible.
So, we will meet in Turkey.
May our kills be massive.
Your reluctant enemy

Peter, don't worry about it too much, they are probably all Air 40s!
