I came across this link on another forum. You get a budget (you can go over budget if necessary) to construct your own Deathstar and you can place anything on it from weaponry, armor, power generators to roller coasters (no, I'm not kidding). After you are done, you can submit it review. You have to get these 5 attributes over 50% for success.
Power Output - The energy output of the station's reactors
Firepower - The destructive potential of the station
Defense - The station's protection against capital and fighter craft assault
Personnel Capacity - The station's habitability and crew capacity
Naval Capacity - The extent of the station's harbors and docking bays
