I have searched for more recourses for quite a few turns without much success until last turn when I found 100 points of very much needed LGT.
When you make the RPD order and get nothing does the potential of finding recourses get better each time you search in the same province or is it potluck?

Pot luck I'm afraid
I once went 20 turns without gaining anything in one province
Then I got 3 increases in 5 turns. then nothing again :D
My latest addition to my wardrobe- a pink shirt
Wingtips are my shoes of choice
Zoot suits rule
Pith helmets forever
I wear sandles and long white socks
I got a new T-shirt, Choose - Life
I just clad the inside of my combi in Shag pile carpet
Ugg boots are stylish when worn with shorts
SpongeBob where are you

I didn't know that.
That takes the gamble out of the equation then.
Thanks

It's not supposed to be free, but I followed my finances very closely and guessed it was so. Russ later confirmed it's a bug in the code. It was decided not to change it at this time.
