New Victory gamer here.

Has anyone had trouble launching the utility programs using Microsoft Vista?
I have a new laptop with Vista. I downloaded the self extracting files.
When I launch any of the 3, I get an error about 64 vice 128 bit systems.

Can anyone with Vista talk me thru the process?

Can't Help you much with Vista except to point out that Max problems exist when you try to run any Vic! program with anything but DOS.

Hell, I'm still trying to figure out why I can open SN:Rote with Adobe but not Vic!

Plenty of help out there, though. Welcome to RTG, Vic! and the joys of 21st Century vs. 90's Tech.

The problem isn't Vista, the order entry program runs on my Windows 7 beta machine, and it ran on Vista before that. The problem is that you have a 64-bit version of Vista. That pretty much rules out all DOS based applications. But don't worry (too much), I have built a new (32-bit) order entry program that will run on 64-bit Vista. You can look at the other topic in this part of the forum if you want. I'm ironing out the last bugs and I'm looking for a good way to deploy it, but it shouldn't take too long.
