My trust old VICMAN utility is getting crank and only working well ocasionally. It keeps giving me an error report "this is not a .vic file. Is file unpackeed already?"
it seams to be an issue with my unzip utiliyt is my guess but it is quite frustrating and only occasioncaly can I get it to work. Any tips on what I sould be doing differently?
