So, I bumped into a primitive neutral and after a few turns of DIP orders with one of my diplomats I managed to subvert them to join my empire. They are a small pop group and have little to give me, but I wanted to see how the DIP order worked. However, along with their pop group, in the colony report, are 3 "broken" installations, kinda like you see when you explore planets and get EXPL finds. So...is there any way to fix these things or dismantle for CMs or what? What are people supposed to be doing with these ruins once they own them by subverting some aliens to join your empire?

Anyone have any thoughts?

At the moment you can do nothing with them. Pete mentioned that he might make them 'fixable' in the future, but you'd basically have to know how to build them from scratch before you fix a busted one.
