Last turn I got a nice little report on my turn just after "research breakthroughs" telling me where I have deployed my system beacons. This turn, despite deploying another beacon, it has disappeared!
I wonder if the fact I didn't get any research breakthroughs has anything to do with it and the program has then "skipped" this report?
