And unless the player speaks up with the information, I doubt we'll know their thinking. My thoughts would be placing DCS's there would work nicely. With his power level there you could have 15 DC's running. Of course they could have been dismantled and the advanced CM is now in a resource pile to be used for something else like advanced industrial complexes.
