Krysia's Krusader Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 As long as you don’t violate any of the ‘three limitations to resettling population’ in section RP, in the NONORDER document, in the VICRULES folder; you can RP in occupied territory as long as you keep the POP nationality constant, and you control both cities during the same turn, for the order to go through.
