Several cycles have passed since we'd heard the rumor, and all observed warships of that empire seemed directionless. Unmoving. Now events lead me to believe that a new regime has established itself. We are interested to know what your intentions are regarding the treaties and policies the old regime signed with us, the Gosht Kohr.
