Does an increase in Cloaking technology have any noticeable effect? Do they only hide the colony which has the Distorter or does it hide all colonies on the world? Thanks in advance At the lowest level, it does indeed hide the colony from system probes, but only the pop group it is in. You will need one of these in every pop group on the planet.
