I understand that my refueling Fleets are in orbit, but I meant actually using the Orbital design structure instead of a Starship frame. I had no issues in designing one. I just stated I wanted an Orbital rather than a Starship and I only included Fuel Tankage and Fuel Shuttles.. I have a fleet on resupply that moves using standing orders to fill up the tanks every turn and it is still on resupply. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is useful info...
