miraeng
I have searched for more recourses for quite a few turns without much success until last turn when I found 100 points of very much needed LGT. When you make the RPD order and get nothing does the potential of finding recourses get better each time you search in the same province or is it potluck? Russ later confirmed it's a bug in the code. It was decided not to change it at this time.
