As the dark monk mentioned,  the EM AFD espionage order is the most commonly used of the spy missions,  but the rulebook lists several others...  EM IND,  EM AIR,  EM BASE,  EM NAVY,  EM PART  and  EM SUPP.   It all depends on what sort of information you hope to obtain.
