Phoenix Arisen has new spreadsheet in the player aids section, that will calculate that recruitment percentages for various empire settings. Question1: Does the percentage displayed take into account the 50% chance of NOT getting a particular leader? (In other words, lets say I have a 10% chance displayed for Administrator. Is this in fact a 5% chance due to the 50% never made it, died early, whatever factor?) Question 2: Any chance of getting the password to the sheet so that we can modify it? Why just the other day I was telling them to double their Doors program orders, and I had to yell, to get them to look away from their computer screens, where the Doors logo was spinning, and pay attention.
