In an offensive war you want to upgrade. The type of upgrade depends on the sort of war. In an amphibious war, you have other needs than in a ground war... In any case they are always useful. Kurassier Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 Well if I was Norway, I'd upgrade the northern ones to Mountain or Infantry and the Central and Southern ones to Mechs.
