PhaseDragon Posted March 24, 2004 Report Share Posted March 24, 2004 I was wondering if anyone noticed that some empires see warp points in a system that another empire does not. And if so, is this due to ship equipment, characters on board, or racial design bonuses (or all of these). Of course, let's not forget the added bonuses you could get from Installations. As for me, I have not had the chance to check out the possibilities since I don't know anyone who has scanned the same system as me. Therefore, I have no way to check. Anyone else?
