My empires have noticed major loses in attrition on worlds that had no attrition for many turns. What is up Pete and Russ? Has something changed in the game?

Yep - a generally irritating attrition issue popped up. Re-running end turn adjustments would fix it, but then random scientist hits would change. I might have to do that anyway, but would prefer not to. I'll wait to see how many were affected first, and can then determine the best way to deal with it. If necessary I can add back on a case-by-case basis. In any event it's too high, so you won't lose those facilities permanently :blink:
