How many empires do you run?

I'm curious as to how many people are running multiple empires.

I notice you put out a poll to find out how many empires people run , yet you yourself have not answered your own poll....methinks this is a trick to gather intelligence over the state of the galaxy......this is fiendish!!!

A run a second empire as well. That way I can try two different playing styles with two very different races.

I run 3 empires so if I understand right; I still have a life but I just cant afford to eat when I go out?

Well, its not much of a secret poll if I vote first, is it.

I now run three empires , all of them a comfortable distance from each other....the second one to correct the mistakes made on the first one , and is roughly equal in research to my first empire , even though the first empire has 8 turns more than the second one.....the third one is more finely tuned , and is a completely different setup than the first two...
