DECF, 19 - This destroys Fleet 19 and its associated commands (ROE, Battle Plan) DECF, ALL - This destroys all fleets that are empty of ships, and the associated commands of those fleets DECF, HOME - Sends all empty fleets to your homeworld. They still exist and associated commands are still attached. You can RN ships into them. IS THIS THE CORRECT INTERPRETATIONS OF THESE COMMANDS?
