He will have the 2nd most powerful armed forces in the world when he comes to get me. Now it's a race between GB US and The War Munger Mungrel Mole. Mole with the 1st weakest armed force in the world. If you lot are not with me then you are against me and all I can do is wait. I might as well quit now. Thats it! I'm out a here. Anyone can have a stab at Portugal then. We all make a promise to pay the nation the cash. The only problem is only TAs can issue the EA order. I guess we could ask Russ to do the transfers manually if he is willing. If there is another way we can offer a reward to the conquring nation then we need to hear it. How about this one: The first nation in xLisbon get's $500,- or the equivalent thereoff in the form of units (airplanes, groundunits or ships) he can destroy.
