I made a big mistake offering the hand of friendship to someone who is clearly 10c short of a full dollar. I would not like to live in Portugal when the Americans come over to play. I dont think he realises that the Americans can have forces on his doorstep as soon as he likes. He may not send troops early but he could quite easly CB the Portugeese back to the stone age. I am trying to scrape all my factories in xlisbon and it's a slow process. Do you think if I asked USA nicley he would come over and demolish the factories for me.
