I am curious , if someone creates a new avatar does the date joined show as the date of the new avatar or the date the person actually joined? Shame on you! It's probably more accurate to describe it as the Balkans than the Baltic Region. He joined 3 years ago as humans measure time. But 21 years ago in doggy terms.
