I don't have a problem with folks using a similar board name or avatar to create a little confusion and/or have a little fun as long things don't get out of hand. I will, however, have to ask that folks not duplicate another board member's signature all the way down to the details of using their personal name, email addresses, etc. That's taking things a little too far.
