That question requires a well thought out and considered response - no! Here's why: 1. Friendships in Vic! are determined by location and prior contacts, usually from other games. 2. Unless TA's, they only last until weaker positions are eliminated. 3. Group entries/ 5 nation teams and anything else are best handled by their neighbors treating them as 1 large nation, not by 'other' groups of 'friends' 4.
