Damn Turks! mines everywhere....

Yes! Maritine mining is a large economic force here in the Ottoman empire, right behind Ouzo production and of course Manchester ia production.

We also have arranged for the body of General Kyari to be brought back to the Libyan high command. His defense of the city of Assab will bring his family great honor. His enemies have learned a lot from the General we plan on using for our own desert warfare.

On a note of good news, we are proud to announce that General Taalat has been promoted to Marshal. The Turkish army is certainly in good hands now.

Algerian High Command is very pleased with the ships that were able to escape the combined efforts of the Syrian and turkish torpedo bombers...even more pleased with the new 100+ P-51's that were upgraded this month... :(

Brogan--I noticed your two allies have been strangely silent on the forum of late? Do they not have any good war stories to tell then...?

I WISH!!! I did not get in on the bid threw the Ducks & could not keep up with the escalating priceing! Last I heard the tickets were up to $4,000.00 a seat------------JUST a little out of my price range---TV is looking good right now for a Duck victory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go Ducks......I don't want to see yet another national championship vacated by the NCAA because they are too gutless to suspend the Fig Newton. There will be a second Heisman Trophy return in a few years.......

Predator, there has been a lot of chatter from my Middle Eastern friends, but all I can get out of them is "The Mother of all attacks". When pressed for details, they just laugh and go back to their tactical maps. I guess we will find out soon enough! :)

well Andy your allies have had two rds now to launch this major offensive you said was coming. In that time two of their armies have been crippled by airstrikes. so now what?...... :woohoo::unsure:

The wheels are in motion is all I can say right now John. We are pulled by other forces not in Africa as well, so some delays are to be expected here and there. I am looking forward to the Algerian Navy visiting Crete at some point. I can't believe that you and Ken would let a juicy target like that alone for as long as you have. I would expect Ken to wait for his FW-190's with the range of 8 to come out, but with your new P-51's anything is game now I expect.

I can't imagine what other forces could be pulling syria and UAE as they have only allies at their backs. As for Crete I have given it alot of thought and decided with all the mines, air and naval interdicts up not to mention the fortifications and marines there it is just not a viable target. With the fc it really isnt worth sending the airforce in. I can do alot of damage but would probably lose just as many myself in fighter losses, same reason you don't visit my airbases. I decided better to ruin syria and UAE's airforces as they didn't build fighters. Their airforces are now in hiding and not effective and they are losing upwards of 1500 arm points a turn to ours.

By the way I have begun building what you fear most--7 this turn in fact. After I built 10 bombers of course. :woohoo:
