I have simplified the alliance overview in the upper right hand corner It isto early yet to divide the playeres up in a limited number of Super-alliances, as one of the TA's is still totally uncommitted. Well, technically the Western Islands are at war with Green as well as medium Blue, (Faroe and Kuwayt), but that is not saying much yet. And on the horizon there are rumors of capitals falling.... It is impossible to make a map that both of them understand, as they do not have the same form of blindness. Red: Turkey + S.Russia + Persia. Busy gobbling up Iraq and Syria. Party TA'd to Bulgaria, Egypt and Libya. Green: Portugal + Spain + Italy + Austria (+Lowlands + Denmark) Busy pushing north Working together with Dark grey/Blue. While they are at war they conduct a common diplomacy and strategy They look to the West. Then they look to the North. Then they look to the south and feel surrounded. Dark Grey/Blue Greece + Yugoslavia + Rumania + C.Russia + Northern Russia + Norway At war with Yellow, orange and red. Mixed results. Formally at war with green, but working together with them. Violet Hungary + Czechoslovakia + Bulgaria. Lost most of Bulgaria, Working together with Yellow (I suppose). Pushing into Austria. As balkan nations they are supposed to feel surrounded. Yellow Sweden, Finland, Baltic states, Germany, Poland. Fighting a war on almost all fronts. Took out most of Denmark Working together with Violet and Pink They look to the West. Then they look to the North. Then they look to the South, then they look to the East and feel surrounded. Pink Switzerland and France. Took out Lowlands, lost most of Switzerland. Fixed on fighting Green. Orange (yellow to some) Africa. There are some links to Bulgaria and Turkey. Currently fighting Medium Blue and Dark Grey/Blue. Medium Blue Saudi Arabia + UAE + Iraq + Syria + Transjordan Fighting a losing war with Orange and Red but holding on so far. Purple Aside from taking Faeroe, doning nothing. Unfortunately, this part I knew. Just look at the map, Green/Dark Grey virtually surround us, and before the successful Danish and Lowlands adventures, did.
