My dear comrade Monk,

Berlin sure is beautifull this time of year. You are most welcome to come visit me. But please bring only ten divisions. More that that would require two germans to defeat them.

As for you calling us barbarian. I will show you our cultural achievements. We shall visit our museums, look at german palaces, discuss Nietzsche. I will show you the paintings of Dürer and Klee, we will listen to Wagner. Together we will visit the Bauhaus buildings and talk with Walter Gropius and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. I am sure after this you too will recognize germanies rightfull place under the sun as the ruler of Europe.

It sure is going to be a trip you will never forget. Do you like ice cream?

Best regards,

Erich von Manstein

Dear brother Erich!

Not a crusade, a jihad it will be. :angry2: I promise you our final aim will be little old Germany. :woohoo: We will bring the true sets of believe to your barbarian country. You have only to wait a few moments and we will be there.

Sehr geehrter herr Monk,

Aah I see you are still upset about this. I admit it is a nice statue and originaaly it might have belonged to Egypt. But a fact of life is that it is now in Berlin. You and the egyptian people are most welcome to have a look at Nefertite. The german tourist office will make a package deal: You fly Fufthansa to Berlin Tempelhoff, stay in the Adlon Hotel. Alle food and drinks included offcourse. Tickets to the museum with a guide. Afterwards you will get a free diner in one of the many 3 star restaurants of Berlin. Compliment of the german government. After that you can have fun in the opera or visit one of the many bars or nightclubs. Did I mention Berlin has a very nice cabaret szene? Beware of the hairy women though. They are not what they seem to be...

I am sure this visit will make a lasting impression on many egyptians. Maybe they will be so overvhelmed by this they decide they too want to be ruled by Gemany? After all there can only be one! Sounds like a good movie line by zhe way.

Your friend,

Yes I will come to Berlin and I take the Nefertiti statue to bring it back Egypt. See you in Berlin Erich!

While we are on the subjct of Port. I vound a little anekdote that ties Port to Germany. :angry2: Very intersting though I suspect Predateur will not be happy with this.

The German Family named Kopke came from Hamburg to Lisbon in 1636, where Nicolau Kopke has been General Consul of the Free Hanseatic League. Two years later, in 1638, his son Christiano Kopke established himself in Oporto, as merchant and exporter of Portuguese products, being at the same time Consul in the North, and he started the export of Portuguese Wines already produced in the region, as part of his business. When the Wine - then known as Portwine - was recognized, the House of Kopke which is nowadays the eldest Portwine’s export firm, was one of the leaders of such commercialisation ( 1670 / 1680 ).

No he is my most beloved friend, keeping my life interesting in Vic 78. I would offer him a TA but this would kill all the fun, or?

Kopke's ancestors are currently being rounded up and deported back to Germany. The port business has been declared a Portugeuse national symbol and will no longer be tied to the Germans in any way, except to get them drunk so we can invade their country and take their women. Port will now be sold in all stores throughout Europe to Germans of natural descent for 1/5 of the market price.:angry2:
