Check the battles between the KomKa and Flagritz. *Both* sprouted Mk I Holographic Battle Directors from EXPL/neutral finds.

 

My youngest found a Flag Bridge as our alliance just knew one turn of the Flag Bridge from another Flag Bridge find.

 

Pete seems to "help" the younger ones a bit with this kind of stuff.

 

 

Ahh, the Mk I Holographic Cybernetic Battle Director. I remember when that seemed like impossibly advanced technology :)

News Flash.

 

Despite fierce defense of the KomKa HW by two crack armies of Flagritz Wimble and Flagitz Hive the world was taken by Worldlab Meyne Forces. Losses were reportet as 4 Fortesses against the whole defending armies.

Despite fierce defense of the KomKa HW by two crack armies of Flagritz Wimble and Flagitz Hive the world was taken by Worldlab Meyne Forces. Losses were reportet as 4 Fortesses against the whole defending armies.

 

 

The skies of the Flagritz Empire's HW are now also in control by Meyne forces.

 

Personally, I've always like the image of invading Fortesses landing under a cluster of parachutes and hitting the ground with a thud and cloud of dust.

Interesting that Flagritz brought in a second empire's troops... isn't that what caused this war in the first place? Flagritz using 3 of his empires to squash one empire? Now he's using 2 against one, very interesting.

 

Actually the world belonged to Flagritz Empire, which is the third one.

Wimble and Hive are the "supporter" empires of him. I have no qualms, that he is using all what is available to him against me, but using this on a single empire early on seemed not quite right for me.

 

But I keep it fair to his odds, 3 against one, as he used it on the KomKa, only that I am using only one empire, hehe.
